Want to look around first? Try the demo with an example wedding

The Weddingplanner overview on a phone: the number of days until the wedding, the date and venue, and what needs attention.
Example wedding from the demo

See it in 22 seconds.

With music. In the video: three questions – who sits where, what will it cost, where are the photos. Then the app on laptop and phone. In the seating plan the top table opens and everyone gets a fixed seat. For guest photos, table cards with a QR code are printed; a guest scans the code with their phone and uploads photos, which appear straight away in the couple’s album. Then the budget with a chart per category. Finally more features: group photos, a timeline per day, a smart checklist, guests and RSVP, several weddings, Excel and PDF, phone and computer, Dutch and English.

The budget on a phone: a doughnut chart with planned costs per category and a bar chart with payments per month.
Budget

From total budget to deposit.

See what you’ve budgeted, what’s already paid and which payments are still to come. With two clear charts.

  • Set your total budget and change it later
  • Your own categories, with the costs of each
  • Add expenses, also per supplier
  • Keep track of partial payments
  • Instalments with a due date
  • Paid, still to pay and available
  • Doughnut chart: where is your money going?
  • Bar chart: which payments fall in which month
Phone and computer

The same planning everywhere.

The Weddingplanner works in your browser and adapts to your screen. On your phone with a handy menu at the bottom, on your computer with everything side by side. The seating plan is easiest on a big screen.

  • Saved online. Log in on your phone, tablet or laptop with the same account and you’ll see the same planning everywhere.
  • Changing things on two devices at once? Your changes are combined. Nothing gets lost.
  • No internet for a moment? You can carry on. As soon as you’re back online, everything is saved.
  • English or Dutch. Switch the app’s language with one button.
  • Always yours. Export everything to Excel or PDF at any time, with one button in the settings. You never depend on the app.
For couples and wedding planners

Made with people who are there every week.

The Weddingplanner was developed together with wedding planners and wedding photographers who work at weddings almost every day. What they need on the day itself is built in.

  • Several weddings, one account. Switch between weddings with one tap. Each wedding has its own checklist, budget, guests and timeline.
  • Made for wedding planners too. Keep all your couples’ weddings neatly side by side.

Everything you keep track of, in one place.

Start wherever you like; the rest follows naturally.

The checklist on a phone with progress, views and suggestions you can add or mark as not relevant.
Checklist

Not an endless list, just the right tasks.

You get suggestions that fit your wedding and what’s already arranged. Add what’s relevant and easily create your own tasks.

  • Suggested tasks for your wedding
  • Add your own tasks
  • A deadline per task
  • Share out tasks, also to witnesses or suppliers
  • Tick off tasks, with the option to undo
  • Planning, this month or just your own tasks

A suggestion only becomes a task when you add it. Not relevant? Then it disappears from view.

Seating plan

Recreate your venue. Give everyone their place.

Start from a layout, choose the shape and number of seats for each table and easily seat guests at the right table.

From the first preparations to the last moment of the party: build the timeline for your wedding day step by step.
